In this trial, we are conducting a research trial to assess the difference between single and multiple doses of a study drug for pulmonary arterial hypertension. Pulmonary hypertension s a type of high blood pressure that affects the arteries in your lungs and the right side of your heart.

In one form of pulmonary hypertension, called pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), blood vessels in your lungs are narrowed, blocked or destroyed.

For this trial we need the help of males and females who are not pregnant or are not able to bear children, aged from 18-55 (inclusive). 

This requires an in-house stay of 4 nights with 1 follow up visit and 1 follow up telephone call.
You will be paid for your time.

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a healthy male or female
  • Must comply with contraception requirements
  • Aged 18 to 55 years
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18 to 30 kg/m2
  • Non-smokers
  • No history of drug or alcohol abuse
