The promoter is Scientia Clinical Research Ltd (ABN 85607180192), located at Bright Building, Prince of Wales Hospital (“the Promoter”).
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who complete the online registration form at https://scientiaclinicalresearch.com.au/register-uni/ during the promotional period.
Employees of the Scientia Clinical Research and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The competition opens at 09:00 on 11th February 2026 and closes at 17:00 on Thursday February 12th (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.
There are four (4) prizes available.
Each prize consists of one (1) AUD $100 gift card.
Total prize pool value: AUD $400.
Gift card type and issuer will be determined by Scientia Clinical Research. Gift card terms and conditions apply.
The winners will be selected at random by Scientia Clinical Research within 7 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
The draw will take place at Scientia Clinical Research’s offices or another suitable location chosen by the Scientia Clinical Research.
Scientia Clinical Research’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided during registration within 14 business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Scientia Clinical Research may conduct a redraw.
Prizes will be delivered electronically or physically, at Scientia Clinical Research’s discretion.
Scientia Clinical Research is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage to prizes once dispatched.
Personal information collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with the Scientia Clinical Research Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting winners.
