Parking Information

Scientia Clinical Research, in the Bright Building, has easy access parking (max. 30 minutes) in the immediate forecourt, accessible from Avoca Street, but for longer stays please see the different parking options below:

1. The Hospital Car Park (Point Parking) – access via Barker Street

Address: 201 Barker St, Randwick NSW 2031     Phone: 1300 551 131

This car park is accessed via Barker Street, has wheelchair access and is the most convenient car park. It’s located directly underneath the hospital. Level B4 has direct lift access to Prince of Wales Private Hospital on levels 5, 6 and 7. Open 24 Hours.

2. Botany Street Parking Station (H25)

Address: Parking Station (H25), Gate 11, Botany Street, Kensington NSW 20520    Phone: (02) 9385 5111

This car park is a 5 minute walk to Scientia Clinical Research, has wheelchar access and is accessible 24/7 – the parking meter can be found on the top level (level 6). A ticket is required from 7:30am to 7:30pm, but is free from 7:30pm through to 7:30am.

3. Randwick Plaza Shopping Centre

Address: 148 Belmore Rd, Randwick NSW 2031

Less than a 5 minute walk to Scientia Clinical Research, this underground parking has wheelchair access (a ramp) and also an elevator. Opening hours are 6am to 11pm, 7 days per week, with 1.5 hours free parking (with a shopping docket of minimum $10 from this shopping centre).

4. Royal Randwick Shopping Centre

This car park is a 5 minute walk to Scientia Clinical Research and has wheelchair access. It’s open from 6am through to 10pm and the first 2 hours parking is free.

5. The Spot (Wilson Parking)

6. Silver Street Car Park

Address: 18 Silver St, Randwick NSW 2031

This car park is a 5 minute walk to Scientia Clinical Research and is located on Silver Street, adjacent to the junction with Arthur Lane. It is an open, ground-level, 24 hour public car park and is free, but parking is limited to 2 hours.
